ART BASEL 2019 IN BASEL DISPLAYS WORKS OF OVER 4,000 ARTISTS from more than 290 INTERNATIONAL WORLD’S LEADING GALLERIES.
Contemporary Art is very often controversial in emotions and opinions. I think, when it comes to modern art, there is no place for stereotypes. In fact, how we see beautiful or hideous, meaningful or ridiculous, provocative or creative, is so different yet very important when it comes to expressing emotions in a form of art. For that reason, Art Basel is unique because within this spectacular exhibition you can definitely discover artworks that will touch and speak to your soul. If anything else, it will push the boundaries of your imagination.

Ruinart & Vik Muniz during Art Basel
Every year, Collectors Lounge displays latest collaborations of luxury brands and artists.
Maison Ruinart constantly commits to visual arts, promoting talents and international art fairs. This year, Brazilian artist Vik Muniz presents his personal interpretation of the Maison Ruinart and its connection to nature. In his work for Ruinart, Vik Muniz has managed to capture the deep relationships between man and grapevines. Hence, four works by Vik Muniz can be seen in the Collectors Lounge at Art Basel.
